Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Onaboc. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU/France — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with French and EU consumer protection law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods, without needing to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at support@onaboc.com or by calling 09 87 45 65 98.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@onaboc.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (we recommend keeping proof of postage).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with French consumer law.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact your bank or payment provider first, as processing times can vary, then reach out to us at support@onaboc.com.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@onaboc.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item

We will offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@onaboc.com.

9. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under French and EU law, including your rights regarding non-conforming or defective goods (legal guarantee of conformity, Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, and the guarantee against hidden defects, Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
